Only partial works

Only one of the ports really fully worked, the others provided insufficient current or amps to actually charge my devices. Haven't checked to see exactly what is wrong but I plugged 4 LG android watches into the device 1 charged, the others kind of charge - after 8 hours most were at 30-40% charged.
