The JUH340 should allow connectivity to peripherals with a snug connection, in the case that it is loose and you need to wiggle it around, we recommend exchanging it as it sounds like a defect on the hub. If needed, technical support can be contacted with it's information on the casing and an agent will be more than happy to assist.

Purchased but didn't work

Got it home and couldn't figure out why I couldn't get it working,, called the GS, they said it wasn't compatible with my computer I just purchased,,, funny thing. Purchased these both at the same time. So I assume the salesperson had no clue about this item. Must have only been interested in selling the computer or he was a new hire and wasn't sure of himself

this item did not fit my need.

However, when i tried it did not work the way the clear said it would and what i needed for it to do. Therefore, i had to return it. I did attempt to talk to one of the Geek Squad persons. but, the one i talked to did not know what i was talking and told me there is no way that can be done. That's when i returned it.
