This device does its job. If you need more USB ports on your computer or laptop, you can use it. The device could be smaller, but it is ok.

needed more USB port for the new lap top. The J5create is perfect for all the items that we need for working form home and room to expand for other items as needed.

Works great for a 2 years or so. This is my second one. Ports that stayed in use never failed. Ones I plugged in & out of died. For the priced I will buy another.

the only thing lacking in this port is an "on" light for each USB port that would indicate something is hooked in properly & there is power flowing. otherwise it is as advertised.

So glad they make these devices. Love mine, No issues and works like its suppose to. gets a little warm at times but I think that is the nature of it.

This hub expanded my laptop's USB 3.0 capability. My laptop didn't have enough USB 3.0 ports for all of the newer devices.

I have had no issues with drop outs or the like since buying this USB hub. It does what it is supposed to do, which us all I ask for. I'd buy another if I lost this one.

Nice a compact expansion for USB 3.0! I wish it came with some velcro so I can attach it to my computer desk. It is very light. When plugged in the wires tend to drag it off my desk.

Great adapter to fit my macbook devices. The adapter has a variety of adapters for multiple uses.

Great usb dock. Low profile, aluminum case that is sturdy. Can charge with pc or included power brick. I have one and am purchasing another.

Have a USB 3.0 hub to plug into. Nice too. Now I set my laptop up and span my monitors into it via USB. I can plug in my back up drives, and my phone, and DVD player. Lots of uses for this thing. Very practical if you have a laptop for traveling (work) and want a traditional office monitor and like to spread out and not peck away on the keyboard of the laptop. Hubs are always an after thought but I am glad I thought this through before I brought the laptop home. 32 inch monitor in the corner, laptop 3 feet away so I can work on the wireless keyboard facing the screen while doing a VTC (video conf call) from my side. When I VTC, I face the laptop so I am dedicated to the customer. Overall good piece of gear for extra items (it has 7 ports).

I use this item with my laptop, to run many more USB 3.0 items than my laptop can handle. Tried the docking station, but this works much better than the j%create docking station did.

My older computer ran out of USB 3 plugs. So I purchased this and it works flawlessly! I use a lot of USB devices, so this was much needed. I've had no problems hooking up numerous USB 3 devices at the same time. Highly recommended.

This 7-port hub allows me to connect my 2 external hard drives, dvd player, external keyboard and also transfer files from sd card to laptop--and still have room for 2 more devices.
