Needed a way to connect a new modem/router in a home with no computers equipped with an ethernet port, and there was no other internet option in the home. This adapter was easy to set up and worked perfectly to allow us to finish the modem/router connection!

I purchased this for a hard wire connection at home to get the full 300 Mbs speed from my home connection. Works perfect. Make sure you have 3.0 USB port available. I ended up switching it out for a lightening Connected HUB.

I bought this as a result of a recommendation from a friend. This adapter is literally "plug and go" if you are using Win10. I needed to be hardwired for work but my laptop does not have an ethernet cable port. I had a meltdown. My friend told me I was fine if i have USB ports. He said all I needed was an adapter and I would be good to go. Boy was he right! I bought this j5 adapter and it worked like a charm right out of the box. I have never had an unstable connection using this adapter. I would purchase again.

Still works 12 months later. Works great for the Nintendo Switch and my laptop.

Works great! Fast connection when playing computer games

We have good wifi throughout the house. But with this ethernet adapter coupled with a Zytel Network adapter I can have wired internet outdoors on our patio. I love my Dell 16" Inspiron Lap Top even more now that I can connect ethernet using USB !

This adapter saved me. I used it when I played music. It was for my wireless router to control my sound system. I would’ve been lost without it.

With wired ethernet being left out of many laptops to reclaim space on the chassis, it can be a problem when traveling to places without good wifi available. This cheap, simple device is an excellent solution. Plug and play, no complicated setup or compatibility issues, easy to use, this device now travels with me and has been a sanity saver in many hotels.

Would of been a 5 start product for me if the HDMI arc popping wasn't happening, and for no reason the led volume lights on the bar just decided to not light up at all I had to unplug and remove it from my Samsung smart TV and plug it back in and let my tv recognize it again. For the price I paid plus over $150 in rewards I got this system for about just what the tax on it was in NY. So I am very pleased with this system so far. I watched a 4k move on Amazon prime (Terminator genisys) looked and sounded beautiful on my set up. Also played a PS4 game with and sounded amazing as well. Simple hook up. Definitely a space saver system just the short mini bar and the sub which packs some punch wow. Def recommend this system !

This ethernet cable adapter is perfect, my laptop didn't have an ethernet port and I was doing some live streaming with my wireless connection. I needed an ethernet connection to prevent skipping and freezing up during the live feed. The cable is perfect one end is USB to connect with computer and the other end has the ethernet connection to WiFi router. Excellent quality highly recommend this product.

My laptop's Ethernet adapter was broken because the ethernet cable was yanked when the cable was plugged in. I needed to be connected by cable because the wireless router was outside the range for fast connection. The house was wired for ethernet so I wanted to use the hard wire connection. This adapter worked nicely. I had two laptops with Win 8 and Win 7 Os. Win 8 installed without a glitch, but the Win 7 required installation (did not even have an ethernet port or a CD player) but a download worked quickly. I went and bought the same product for the other laptop.

I love it! Plugged it in and my computer did the rest. Was off and running in about 3-5 minutes. I've had it for a few months now and no problems.
