Driver would not install on my 2018 MacBook Air. When I reach out to the manufacturer as the paperwork asked to do before returning they offered NO HELP. They took forever to return emails, and the live chat was useless. The product itself may be great, but I wouldn't know and because of the horrible service I would avoid the risk.

MacBook Pro users: Not compatible with Big Sur

Posted .We apologize the Ethernet adapter did not work with Big Sur. We are waiting for an updated driver to be compatible. We do offer PnP devices such as the JCE133G and JCE145 but requires a USB-C port. Sincerely, j5create.
