There's no speed boost for using USB 3.0. Comes with CD to install drivers, but optical drives are obsolete nowadays.

- Ensure the Ethernet cable connected to the adapter is working correctly by testing it with another device.

Uninstall the current driver:
- On Windows: Open Device Manager, locate the adapter under Network Adapters, right-click, and select Uninstall. Then reboot your computer and reinstall the driver.
- On macOS: Remove the adapter from Network Preferences, reinstall the driver, and add the adapter back.
Power Cycle the Adapter
