Yvette1, I greatly appreciate the input on the JUE130. In regards to the JUE125 not working - I regret to hear it. In order to narrow down what could've caused this, we strongly recommend that you contact the support team printed on the packaging and a rep will be more than happy to help. This Ethernet Adapter requires an installation of a driver. Once installation is complete, go ahead and connect the Adapter to computer with an ethernet cable to a modem or router. Go to Network locate AX88179 and connect. From here, the device should work as expected. Thank you.

A common cause of wireless keyboard and mouse lagging is a result of wireless interference from USB 3.0 devices, such as external hard drives and other USB 3.0 removable media.

Proper functionality entails downloading and installing a driver on a Windows or Mac platform. Depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply. Once installation is completed, connect the Ethernet Adapter to your computer and Ethernet cable to a modem or router. Open Network settings and located USB AX88179 and connect. You can also try Power Cycling Your Network Devices. Shutdown all computers connected to the modem/router. Power down and unplug the modem and the router if you're using one. Allow to sit for 60 seconds unplugged. Plug in and turn on the modem and router, and allow them to completely boot up until the front panel connection lights on the modem show a steady connection. Also check for updates on your computer through your manufacture's website. (Computer brand)

Please install the driver through our website under Support. Once installation has been completed and computer has restarted. Connect the Ethernet adapter and an Ethernet cable to a modem or router. Go to your Network setting, click on AX88179 and make sure there is an IP Address attached. If no IP, try a different Ethernet port somewhere if possible or even restarting the network if possible as well.
