Had to do it online & long-distance bcause she's going to school 2500 miles away. Between the BestBuy WebSite and a nice girl at Cust. Service in Waco, was able to find & purchase the adaptor over the phone so my daughter could pick it up at the store. A+++ for Service

No software install with Windows 10, just connect and you're set!
