Worked perfectly fine and connected with my laptop just how I imagines

I bought this specifically for my Nintendo Switch as an alternative to the officially licensed adapter from Horizon. I was skeptical because it wasn’t licensed officially but because the box said it was compatible with the switch , I took a gamble. It works exactly as intended , letting me maintain a stable connection with no setup at all. I’m satisfied.

This a great network dongle. Very fast and consistent

good product, I had my network out look not working for some reason, so I had to use that instead, and it worked like a charm... not lagging, nothing.

This works great for laptops that don't have built-in network ports. Just plug-and-play, didn't have to setup or install anything. I just wish they had the black one in stock when I got mine. ;)

I really needed an ethernet adapter to play games and my pc only has 3.0 usb ports. My internet speeds are better than my wifi , i don't lose connection. It looks cool and is very durable (my chair was on the cable without me noticing and there is no damage). it comes with a cd to install a driver of some sort but isn't necessary just plug in and it will download the driver.

It's working for the Nintendo Switch which is why I purchased it. Connected to internet first, waited a few minutes (per instructions) and then plugged it into the dock.

This is one of the few products that I have found that carefully and explicitly outlines the OS environment it supports. I have found over the years that all Microsoft OSes are not alike, and that certainly holds true in the transition from windows 8 to windows 10. This adapter should put your mind at ease because it not only supports Windows 10 in its documentation, it performs that support flawlessly.

I travel a lot and my computer does not have an Ethernet cable spot but this connector works wonders. Many of the places I go have a Wi-Fi connection but it is much slower so I am able to hook up to the Ethernet and it is fast. I have tested the speed between the Wi-Fi and the Ethernet and it is just as fast. I would recommend to anyone who needs the ability to hook into the internet in a clogged Wi-Fi environment.

With this being USB 3.0 meant that I can use it in both mac and PC. speed is fast and config was pretty easy.

I love the j5 products. This worked with my MacBook air. I also have a USB to HDMI adapter and it works phenomenally.

Because BestBuy doesn't carrying the internal cards for Ethernet to be used in desktops, I purchased this. It was a good price and good brand. It installed easy enough and allowed me on the internet, but I was looking to use a specific program that is multiuser on it and it seems to have blocked that ability to connect to that multiuser program. I've check Firewalls, Antivirus and all the usual hindrances, but come down to the only change being the Ethernet device which would have it's own drivers and possible layers that the multiuser program can't get past. Otherwise I would give this a better rating.

This USB 3.0 dongle is great. It's fairly priced, plug-n-play with Windows 10 or 11, and durable. If there is one flaw, it's that I occasionally have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to connect, but that may be a function of the laptap.

It enables my Laptop computer to have a quicker & stronger connection to the internet & wifi. It is valuable. My laptop needs this Ethernet Adapter.

It worked immediately on pluging in ethernet cable and connecting to a usb hub. No set up time and a very cost effective solution to getting the laptop to the nearly 500 mbps download/upload speed my internet service provides

Very useful, does the job well and looks pleasing

This adapter allows connection to my internet modem at 1 GBS speed rather than the standard fast ethernet speed of 100 MB on many laptops. This works on three different laptops with Windows 10, Linux Ubuntu and Google Chromebook. I recommend it to everyone who needs faster internet access. It's great for older desktops with fast ethernet adapters.

It is a really nice piece; the build quality is excellent. The finish is a nice brushed aluminum so it matches my Surface Pro 3 and my MacBook Pro. As far a functionality, I tested on both Surface and MacBook and each found and enabled the device with not much fanfare. Plug it in, get connected. Throughput was excellent. Everything transferred with no issues. I was getting full gig speeds. You can't go wrong with this one.

Long story short: Ethernet connection on motherboard quit working. I needed an easy solution to problem. I could either get an Ethernet card or a USB Ethernet connector. I bought this. Really simple to install. Insert installation CD in optical drive, follow instructions, plug device into a free USB port, done! I do recommend going to the companies website for update after install. Works perfectly. Best $20 I ever spent.

I bought this to aid in data transfer from my old MacBook Pro to my new MacBook. The new MacBook only has a USB-C port and a headphones port so I had to connect this device to a USB 3.0 to USB-C device in order to connect the Ethernet port of the MacBook Pro and transfer over my profile and stored data since it's faster than over wifi. For this scenario especially this device is highly recommended.
