    Times have changed and computers are taking off the hard wired connections as most don't use them anymore. But people like me still do and this is easy to setup and works as it should. Buy it.

    I bought this dongle to work with my Lenovo Lap Top. Why? You Ask? Because Lenovo, along with many other manufacturers are making their products too shallow to accommodate a standard size Ethernet port. Results: The plastic tab that holds the RG45 plug in place is under constant stress on theses laptops and are guaranteed to BREAK! The next laptop I buy will not even have an Ethernet port, so this Dongle will be mandatory in my near future.
