After much debating finally broke down and got this adapter to bypass the issues. This guy gives the same bandwidth that the onboard adapter without the buggyness. Never buying another rog motherboard again.

Good Working Ethernet Adapter Call Center horrible

Works fine on my MSI PC laptop. Some issues with online purchasing. Order would complete as submitted, but would receive subsequent email that Best Buy card could not be verified. Spent 45 mins with Call Center (middle east?) where agent could barely speak English and kept trying to cycle me back to Credit Card company (whom I had already spent 40 mins with).
