I ended up installing an updated driver because I wasn’t able to get a full gigabit of bandwidth when I ran initial speed tests but everything worked perfectly after the driver update.

I've had these type products in use for about 5 years. It works great, I am not tech pro, but I just like what it seems like a faster lupoad on my laptop

The adapter feels solid and comes with a driver disk. Most computers will download the drivers automatically but it is nice that they include the disk just in case.
