Convenient extra add for LAN Internet thruput

This particular one was not recognized by Windows (7) and required the provided drivers to be installed. Although I feel as if the build quality is better on this device, it was a little annoying that it wasn't plug and play.

Posted .Because the JCA374 works off ASIX, software installation is required. In the case where you were to use a JCD383 for instance, that would be plug-and-play because it uses a Realtek chip.
