    I have a HP envy that doesn't have the ethernet port so this is a great solution to get me up and running when our IT "specialist" cant fix a freakin wifi router problem.

    Installed a new hard drive on my laptop I needed a way to download the drivers off of the Internet. This was the perfect solution for connecting to the Internet and installing the WiFi driver

    I purchased this for my son to use in his college dorm. The WiFi can get slow at times but they offer a direct Ethernet connection. His HP Spectre did not have a Ethernet port so this solved the problem.

    Pretty good device to solve the 100mb limitation I had on my laptop. Didn't get 1gb with it but was still getting between 300mb and 400mb, which is still much better. Solidly built cable too; doesn't feel fragile at all.

    This adapter is definitely plug n play with Windows 10...of course having a built in gigabit network port works the best but this is the next best option..

    For whatever weird reason my Macbook Pro and my Nintendo Switch do not have an erthernet port. This solved the problem. Should have come with an ethernet port to begin with.

    Needed an Ethernet port. Hoped to find the apple lightning one but wasn't in stock. This one works on any computer over usb and worked as advertised. No issues. It does need a driver install and reboot though
