Requires drivers and not consistent

OK for simple use, but would not recommend for how I needed to use it at work.

The mini dock is not quite 100% plug and play. You will need to install a software driver before using it. You can simply go to the j5create website and download and install the driver before plugging in the docking station and you should be good to go. Thank you for sharing your review.

The monitor came with a USB cord, so I was able to connect the cord to my laptop and the dual screens work perfectly without the docking station. I didn’t open the product and returned it to the store. I’m sure it would have served its purpose if needed.

Works perfextly

This little gem did the trick, I did have to get my company’s IT Dept to download driver onto their laptop. Since it’s a company laptop, only they’re IT people could download driver. Once that was done it has been smooth sailing.

decent docking station

I'll admit it the feel and appearance doesn't seem to be of high quality but again it does what I need it to without any issues
