You have to make sure that you download the software for the J5 to properly function but it is worth the money when you do.

Posted .HappyCamper, Due to the design and size of the JUD380, adding screw holes for the VGA port may have caused design flaws and therefore they were omitted. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused with looser connections. Laptop Dock on a Budget

That being said, it's far from good. The only thing I wanted was a usb to vga adapter, and I was incorrectly told this was the only option at the store. Not only was that false, this product is almost four times the price of the actual thing I needed, and doesn't do a good job of anything it claims to. First, it has trouble managing more than two usb connections at once. Second, it takes forever to set up and isn't technically plug and play, as the device has built in software that has to load before is can connect to a vga signal. Third, it's basically overpriced, even by computer hub standards. Avoid this product entirely and just get something from a different company.

Posted .The USB 3.0 Mini Dock requires an available USB 3.0 port, as well as an installation of a driver. If the computer has network access and administrative rights, Windows can automatically install the driver when the device is plugged in. Good alternative to USBC hubs

excellent buy to expand functions on my tablet

OK product for the money

Many people are taking the time to build out their home office workstations since working from home has become much more common. The extra monitors and a wired internet connection can really improve the work from home experience.

Handy little dock station

Good product, but OS update made it useless
