Works great

Small annoyance

It served the purpose I needed until I could buy a better one. Wouldn't buy this one again.

Would have been what I needed

However I didn’t realize it requires that you install a driver on both laptops. While I could have installed in my laptop, IT would not authorize it on my work laptop so I had to return it.

The connectivity of USB devices to the docking station does not work well all the time, it works better when you connect directly to the laptop/computer usb ports and not through the dock.

Posted .Not having screw ports for VGA may in some cases result in constant signal loss - we understand and apologize for the inconvenience here. We do have models such as the JUA210 where you do have screw ports and thus a secure connection will be possible.
