I also wish the cable was a little longer for better cable management. Overall it is nice to have the additional ports.

Excellent Docking Station!

Significant lag time is an issue

For keyboards, mouse. And other devices where you expect an instantaneous response, it does not do well as there is lag time - sometimes as much as a couple of seconds between keystrokes and response on screen

Good to use for adding ports to your gaming laptop

J5 Create Mini dock JUD380

The USB universal adapter for my wireless Logitech keyboard and mouse is very sluggish or wont work at all unless I place my keyboard right on top of he dock and keep my my mouse as close as I can to the dock. It is very frustrating. All works fine when I dont use the dock and plug directly in the USB port on my HP Notebook 15-dy1043dx. Is there anyone else hat has had this issue and found a reasonably priced dock that works normally that would could be recommended?

Posted .Deee, I'm sorry to hear the JUD380 is causing issues with your wireless mouse and keyboard. Sounds like a leaky waves situation which is when the USB 3.0 port gives off radio waves that interfere with the wireless dongle's radio waves causing sluggish/slow performance. For workarounds/recommendations, I recommend contacting the support team printed on the casing and a specialist will be glad to offer solutions.
