Must have if you got a Mac Air.

I had to contact the vendor to install the right drive. If you're not able to get this driver install, contact the vendor via chat or phone so that they screen-share with you and resolve the issue.

Great For Dual Monitors

Extra monitors are super helpful and enhance productivity. This is a more basic docking station, there are options that have multiple HDMI ports. Meets a need but would not buy again

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I only have a question - WHY would you make a docking station with a VGA port and NOT have the accompanying screw anchors? Every VGA plug has the anchor screws. Every time I even look at the docking station the plug pops out. If I didn't absolutely need this ASAP I would return it and shop around for a station with the PROPER receptacle for a VGA plug. Not happy with this purchase and will find another station as time allows. If you're looking for a docking station with a VGA I do not recommend this one.

Posted .Good Morning Chette77, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused with the VGA port on the JUD380. Unfortunately, it has to do with the design of the JUD380 as to how the screws would fall into place on the device itself. The VGA port does make a snug connection and therefore should hold in place. If you wish to obtain a different VGA device that does include screw ports on it, we would highly recommend taking a look at the JUA310 as it is a very popular device for VGA monitor users. Not compatible with Citrix

It works until you launch citrix then the display using the docking station freezes. Reached out to j5create support and they confirmed it's not compatible with citrix.
