It works until you launch citrix then the display using the docking station freezes. Reached out to j5create support and they confirmed it's not compatible with citrix.

If you wish to secure a better connection, please take a look at the JUA210 for example which does provide two screw ports. Good product concept - doesn't do what I need
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this product versus a much cheaper one, hoping it would allow me to connect from a MacBook Air to two Samsung monitors for my work set-up. Only one of my monitors works with this product. It is sometimes glitchy/unclear on the screen. Also, whenever there is any type of software update on my Mac (which happens often), it stops working. I will say that support is very responsive. It might be a great product, but it does not work well with my laptop/monitor situation.

Consistently overheats, you have say, a Logitech dongle in it if it's not pointed the perfect way your Logitech device will not work. For the price this thing should have stood up and sing a song for me instead of just hanging there and hanging me up but as I said big fat thumbs down. Although I don't know how I would get my stupid laptop on the internet without it because llittle did I know the thing didn't come with any inputs...but that's another issue.

Posted .Constantly overheating sounds like a call for an exchange. As the JUD380 is used, electricity running through it may cause slight heat, in the case where it is smoking or harming you, we highly suggest exchanging it. Our adapters are covered under a 2 year manufacturer's warranty and all that is needed would be proof of purchase. Regarding proper installation, technical support will also be able to assist in getting you up and running properly. We sincerely apologize and hope we can turn this experience around.

very nice docking station for my macbook

External Monitor Flickers

I wanted it for the USB to hdmi capability - so I could connect an external monitor and use the USB outlets for other things. The USB port doesn't work with this Dell, so I have to revert to USB to VGA, and thanks to the dock it flickers like mad. Yes I've swapped cables, reversed which end goes where. Monitor just can't get a signal. I'll take this back after Covid - it's really just a dumb USB outlet at this point.
