Posted .Proper functionality entails downloading and installing a driver on a Windows or Mac platform. Depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply and if you could please contact our support team, a specialist will be more than happy to lend a helping hand

It kept coming out and I had to keep reconnecting it while working. The quality of the picture was not good
