Posted .We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the JUD380. Both the HDMI and VGA support up to 2048 x 1152 @ 60 Hz simultaneously, assuming the monitors support such resolution as well. In the case where you come across such technical difficulties, we recommend contacting support on the packaging to speak with an agent and they will be glad to lend a helping hand in obtaining your preferences, or if needed, suggesting an adapter that will. Stopped working after a week

Not worth it

When I connect a keyboard and mouse to it it will randomly stop working, connected keyboard directly to my computer and I don't have an issue. Same occurs with USB drives will randomly stop reading the drive.

Didn’t work for my MAC

They worked on it for almost a month, still wasn’t successful. My screens would turn on but when I would try to switch users the screens would lock up, but if I unplugged the adapter they were fine and the screens wouldn’t lock up. Great customer support on trying to help, just couldn’t correct problem. Easier to return for another brand.

Great product

Posted .Heavy-wattage devices such as external hard drives may require the additional 5V power source to be connected on the JUD380 - the USB ports are intended for mostly mice, keyboards, flash drives, and web cameras. Very Expensive

In the case where the mouse is skipping around and difficult to use, it sounds like you may be running into radio interference which results in such performance. We recommend using a wired mouse instead. In regards to monitors lagging, this could be due to the type of programs in use and we may be able to recommend a plug-and-play adapter which will work better for you. I bought it for my work laptop and now cannot use it because I cannot download the software. Now I am stuck with a $70 item that I have zero use for. Make sure the Rep you work with is accurate in his description. Very disappointed, this was money I didn’t have to just throw away.

Worked for 2 days

Setup was easy (needed to dl drivers) and it worked fine for 2 days. On the 3rd day, nothing. Didn't work anymore. I haven't returned it bc of Covid19 issues, but once I can visit best buy, Ill get this swapped and hope the replacement unit works.

NOT WORKING FOR Big Sur(MAC)

It was working fine until I updated my Mac to Big Sur. These guys still have not come up for the drivers for this device. Now the adapter has been rendered useless. It is now too late to return it. I guess I should have purchased another device.
