Bought this December 12th didn't start using it till January 4th and it has already stopped working 75 dollars wasted because its past the return period save your self the trouble and don't waste your money.

Not what I expected and did not work as expected. VGA would not work part of the time. Others times it worked ok. Wireless keyboard was only working intermittently as well as the mouse.

VGA doesn't work, support only says to uninstall & reinstall driver, support only via email. Also, not compatible with usb headset, big waste of money
Proper functionality entails downloading and installing a driver on a Windows or Mac platform. Depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply. Please use VGA to VGA cables, no conversions or adapters, we cannot guarantee proper functionality. Try testing with another Monitor with a VGA input and make sure it's on the correct input source. The USB headset may require additional power. The micro USB Power-In port is recommended when using with high-powered USB devices or with multiple peripherals at once. ** If you require further assistance; please contact the j5create Technical Support team and we will be glad to further assist if necessary. This device is not compatible with an Lenovo ideapad. It probably works fine for other PC’s. I recommend contacting the J5 and or the computer company to see if this device will work with your computer.

Very poor video quality and usb mouse and keyboard worked less than 10% of the time. Used with Surface Pro7+. Returned to store and got Microsoft Dockport.

This product is so expensive but terrible I hate that you have to go threw so much just to use it this has got to be one of the worse ones

I purchased this Sept 2019 and the HDMI quit working today 6/30/2020, so my 2nd monitor for work at home is useless. Think before you buy unless you want to make this purchase every 9 months!!!

Repeated failure of USB port until the whole unit stopped working on a brand new laptop for gaming. Lasted 1 week.

Disappointing as It didn’t work- plugged and Re plugged, nope it would not work
The USB 3.0 Mini Dock requires an available USB Type-A 3.0 port and driver installation for macOS and Windows platforms. Drivers are located on j5create website under the "Support" tab. Did not work for me. The USB ports didn't work like I/O. It was only taking input but I couldn't get 2 way communication going with the USD ports.

I bought this just over a month ago 12/9/21 and the usb port already doesn't charge anything. Says it's not got enough power.

I'm sure this works great if you have a Windows computer but I had a MacBook and despite following instructions I could not get it to work on my Mac and I'm fairly computer savvy.
Due to the various security settings in Mac, it may be a little difficult to properly install the driver - we understand and apologize for the experience you had with the JUD380. Don't buy!! I like the idea of docking stations, but this one sucks. Every device I plugged into it lagged a significant amount. I was incredibly frustrating!

Spent lot of time troubleshooting, re-installing drivers, working with support team on email but was never able to make it work for me.

Product claims to be Mac compatible. It was not. Picture on monitor connected to product did not come through correctly. Software wouldn't run while connected to docking station.
Compatible drivers are available on the website under the Support tab > Downloads/Drivers. Please make sure to check System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General tab for software being blocked.

poor USB connection in both ports. VGA plug comes loose easily (needs to use screws for secondary support as with desktops).
Loose connections can be problematic when needing to get work done and we are sorry to hear you experienced this. We do have other models that do include screws for a more secure fit such as the JUA210. In the case where USB ports are loose, we recommend exchanging it as it may be defective. Bought on recommendation by employee to run dual monitors on new laptop. Unfortunately did not work, not the 1st one or the 2nd one. Returned for a refund.

The usb ports did not work. They were both stiff and didn’t allow the attached electronics to work.
