Wouldn’t work. We ended up returning it after too much time trying to get it to play nicely with our laptop and peripherals.

The docking station stopped working after 3 days. I will be returning the product to the location it was purchased.

I couldn’t get this working. Was not just a plug and play docking station. You have to install software with it.

Constantly have to replace the cords plugged in and the HDMI port does not work

Everything works better without this plugged in. The 15 days passed and I’m stuck with it. Do not recommend.

Wont work with Chrome books

Does not work with any chrome book. Drivers dont exist!
The USB 3.0 Mini Dock requires an installation of a driver. Drivers are only available for Windows and Mac platforms. We have Plug n Play devices that require no installation. However, Chromebooks must have an available USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery features. In the case where the adapter stops working properly, we recommend contacting the technical support team on the casing to speak with a rep, they will properly diagnose the device, troubleshoot and if necessary offer an exchange under the manufacturer's 2 year warranty. Downloaded the driver for this device, only worked for one day, died the next. Don't buy

Not compatible with Apple laptop..................
This Dock is compatible with MacOS. It requires an installation of a driver that is available on j5create website under the "Support" tab > "Downloads/Drivers". Very difficult to install, did not work with my new MacAir at all. Very frustrated. Returned for a refund.
Not able to properly set up and use the mini dock can be rough, especially when you need it for work. Due to security settings on the computer, the installation process can be difficult and in order to best assist you in getting the JUD380 working, we would value the chance to assist. I bought this as a replacement for one I bought just 4 months ago that failed

Bought this to connect dual monitors to my laptop. It doesn’t work.
Proper installation of the software for the JUD380 can be confusing depending on the operating system the user has. No able to download unauthorized software onto a work computer.
