I got this USB station because I needed to have an RJ45 connector for the Internet connection. I also had my wireless mouse and keyboard connected to it. The unit got really hot, and response was really slow with the mouse and keyboard. I got a different brand to use with another computer USB port, and the other peripherals work fine now. I still use this one for the Internet connection, and that's working fine. I'd go to a different brand and model if I had to do it over again.

This product worked just as I had hoped it would. I've connected two 23" screens and can move my charts across borders easily. With 8 plug-ins all being used on the side of my older Dell computer, I needed the extra "room."

Let's me add a few extra thing without clogging up my tower

This little thing saved my (work) life! When COVID19 hit, I bought this and connected my 2 extra monitors with my laptop to work from home. Easy to do for a non-techy like myself! Been working from home for over a month and a half now and have no issues.

In theory this is a great product, however I gave it a three as it does not work on Chromebook. It isn't obvious on the packaging that it doesn't either. I needed to be able to hook up my child's Chromebook to a monitor plus have extra USB ports for their extra stuff. Luckily for us we did find a monitor we could hook up to the Chromebook and not need the mini docking station. We just don't have the extra USB ports like this product would have provided.

The docking station does what it was intended but makes my surface hot when in use. In addition the sales person indicated that it also had a usb-c port and it did not. That was a power supply port. Since that was an important port that I was looking for, I was highly disappointed. I kept it because I also needed the HDMI port. So main issue is with the sales person than the product except that the company didn’t offer at the store all of what I needed.

Does what I need it to do. Have old monitor and Ethernet connection. The extra ports are a plus.

The docking station has made it easier to be able to charge more items at one time. The price of this docking station is less than if I bought all separate USB plugs.

Before using, you need to go their website and pull down their latest drivers. It will not do that for you. Next is the VGA connector. While it has all the proper pins and the cable plugs in OK, there are no places to screw the two jackscrews in the cable to hold it in place. Finally, the adapter includes a socket for power from a micro USB power supply, but the documentation provides zero direction for when you would ever need to provide external power (or how much). Its a bit on the pricey side to allow use of an older VGA monitor, but it has worked as advertized.

This thing is awesome. I carried 3 adapters to do the exact same thing this does...and more. I use the Ethernet and HDMI at the same time with no issues. The only drawback, it’s not 4K capable but that’s ok with me.

works great and set up was easy. Questions on whether it would work for me were in part of the description which saved me time from having to call and ask questions.

This product works great for multiple connections.

I bought this to connect two external hard drives to my laptop. Oddly, neither hard drive would work when *both* were connected, but they would work just fine if only one of them was connected at a time. Turns out if you want to connect two external hard drives to a laptop, you must buy a "powered" adapter to do this. Laptops just don't have enough power to drive two hard drives at the same time.

I am so excited on how great this docking station is working with my HP and 2 additional monitors. I am able to display on all 3(including computer) and have extra USB for keyboard/mouse and for additional hard drives when needed! Highly Recommend and not bulky either!

Just what I needed for my new laptop. Always an economical store to shop for my latest technology and accessories. Always available at my local store for pick-up. Would definitely recommend shopping at Best Buy.

This product worked great! We wanted to have a traditional sit-down desktop without buying one. We set everthing up through this hub. So now when we want to use the desk we can just plug one usb cable into the laptop and we have a 24" screen and tradition keyboard. Worth every penny!

Gives newer PCs with limited connection ports a little expansion. Works well with multiple devices. Do not like that you need to download additional updates for something that should be plug and play.

I've bought several of these for work and they work great for users with Windows 10 and USB 3.0 to connect to external monitors and keyboards when traveling. The device did not work as smooth on users with Windows 7.

Needed to add second large monitor to a laptop, and this was the best option I could find locally in the store. We will see how long it lasts.

Great product if you have an older laptop that needs the connections. Used it for a work at home job and works perfectly fine vs other brands.
