The only improvement I could ask for is an audio input for my speakers. I know they are USB now, but my old speakers are great and I would like to plug in to this. I am super happy with the item. Very easy to set up and use. Plug and play. Now I have three displays for my laptop. Great price.

I plugged things in and they immediately started working. There is no additional setup needed and i found that the price for the unit is cheaper then some of the competitions, but offers the same functionality.

Perfect for adding HD screens.

Problem was laptop only has 1 HDMI port. This docking station was just the ticket. Also extra USB ports for my headphones and wireless mouse. Setup in under 5 minutes! What could be easier!

Download and install driver from website, then it's plug 'n play after that. No conflict with my laptop while running two 24" monitors (in addition to laptop display), wired keyboard, wireless mouse, and company network.

Awesome Mini Docking Station

I have an XPS 9560 with the touchscreen and so I am very limited on ports. This allows me to hook up everything I need and still have a couple of things left over. It's very nice to be able to have ethernet again.

Easy to set up on pc, just plug and play. Mac, you just have to go to the website to download the driver but instructions are straight forward

Works with my Lenovo Yoga 910!!

Tried with 3 different USB-C to HDMI cables to troubleshoot. I found a thread on the Lenovo site where this was recommended. I was able to order and do curbside pickup about 1 hr. 15 min after ordering - thanks Best Buy! Downloaded the most recent drivers, plugged it in and have my wireless mouse/keyboard and the monitor (HDMI to HDMI on the dock) and SUCCESS. Only wish I would've found this solution at the start of the problems.

Great Mini Docking Station

This came in very handy. Have not had an issue with it at all. It does get warm, so I have a heat-proof pad underneath as prevention.

Thanks for picking up the JUD380 mini docking station. This is a great adapter for adding extra ports to a laptop. It will seem warmer that devices made with a plastic shell. The JUD380 has an aluminum case that will radiate more heat than plastic.

Couldn't download the needed drivers. "Finally" contacted the company that made the mini dock. They were fantastic to work with. Resolved my problem in less than 24 hours. I am impressed with j5create!!!!
