Great solution to the problem

I needed an easy solution to problem. I could either get an Ethernet card or a USB Ethernet connector. I bought this. Really simple to install. Insert installation CD in optical drive, follow instructions, plug device into a free USB port, done! I do recommend going to the companies website for update after install. Works perfectly. Best $20 I ever spent.

The new MacBook only has a USB-C port and a headphones port so I had to connect this device to a USB 3.0 to USB-C device in order to connect the Ethernet port of the MacBook Pro and transfer over my profile and stored data since it's faster than over wifi. For this scenario especially this device is highly recommended.

I needed to connect my laptop, and this was the best solution. Not expensive, and works great, haven’t noticed any issues with the internet speed, it is the same as my network. Good value for the money.

It's fairly priced, plug-n-play with Windows 10 or 11, and durable. If there is one flaw, it's that I occasionally have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to connect, but that may be a function of the laptap.

No set up time and a very cost effective solution to getting the laptop to the nearly 500 mbps download/upload speed my internet service provides

You do need to install the driver from their website. FYI It worked for a bit initially without any drivers (like most of these devices) but then stopped suddenly. Resolved by installing their updated drivers (likely due to a Mac OS update).

Easy instructions to bring up to date. After updating it is plug and play!!! Bought two for both Switch docks in my home!!! Even with low speeds you can really feel the difference! My speed is 10Mbps and hardly ever lags playing online.

At times wifi is unpredictable and I prefer a hardline. This works perfectly! When I saw an install cd I was dreading dealing with it but I didn't need it. Plugged it into my USB on my computer and my Ethernet port on my router and I was good to go. I couldn't be more pleased with my puchase.

Works with macOS Sierra

This adapter works perfectly with macOS 10.12. I just downloaded and installed the drivers, rebooted, and plugged it in; that was it. I can get wirespeed throughput and it even works great through a USB 3.0 hub. The adapter looks good with my rMBP too.

Works as designed and still going strong.
