    I don't see myself ever using this item on a regular basis. While family members are pretty happy with it. It wasn't what I thought. this may be due to my poor or lack of knowledge concerning the intention of the product.

    Needed this in an emergency situation. It worked very well, but only after I was able to figure out how to use it! The instructions are not very explanatory and there is a lot to figure out for yourself

    We tried to connect a DVD player that did not have an HDMI port, only a USB cable. This product isn't what we needed, I don't think it is intended for that purpose. We returned it for a refund.

    Was advised by your rep that this product would work on my Mac. When I received product it clearly stated that will not work on my Mac operating system. Not at all happy

    My computer is a little old and didn't have an HDMI capability so I bought this hoping it would and it didn't help at all. I'd recommend just using money toward a new computer.

    J5 support has been great, emailing updated drivers and general support when it will randomly disconnect. Still some bugginess in 10.9 though. 10.8 and below work great.

    it only works on windows unfortunately. It doesn't state clearly on the product that this device doesn't work on other operation systems
