This adapter is working perfectly for my dual monitor application. My laptop only had one HDMI and VGA or DVI Ports. With the adapter I can EXTEND the 2nd monitor instead of only being able to mirror the 1st monitor. Worth every penny!

When I replaced my old laptop, which had a VGA monitor attached, I purchased a USB to VGA adapter. Unfortunately, that first adapter did not work. The Geek Squad came to the rescue, recommending and installing this product. It has been working for almost a year without any problems.

This adapter helped me out because i had to plug in 2 monitors.

This product works to attach a second monitor OR a projector to your computer. Be advised, you may need to go to manufacturer's website and download a program to make it work, but after that it is fine.

If you have an older pc that doesn't have the capability to out put the signal to two monitors at once, this is a life saver. Easy to setup and use.

It ended up being used to convert one of my VGA monitors to plug to my converter box. Work perfectly

There are plenty of split screen devices out there but this one was so simple to plug and play.

I have purchased this item a few times for our office and it works great, no problems.

We have two VGA monitors in our church. The J5 USB to VGA adapter works well. Easy to use and setup

They're so easy to hook up easy to get going. User friendly they're just the best.

One important thing to note is that this adapter will not work if you are already running displaylink software on your computer. J5create seems to use a different protocol and the two are not compatible. Otherwise this thing works great if you need to hook up to an external monitor, protector, or some other vga display. There's a little bit of lag, but that's too be expected going video out of USB.

definitely a great video card add on. USB video streams as expected and high resolution.
