Didn't work consistently

Sometimes would have to re-insert the mouse connection 10 times before it would "connect" and then it would disconnect whenever the car hit a bump. Returned it and bought an Apple one.

Didn’t work for what I needed it for

It was loose in the port and when both were plugged in one would constantly shut off. I had to return and buy the apple version instead.

Don't recommend this product!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Within 10 minutes of using the USB 3.1 Type-C Charging Bridge, I have experienced extreme heat when touched. The heat that is being released when using the product has grown my concerns towards this product. Not only that, but I have two problems with the JCH349 which involves a device being plugged in. When I plug in my iPhone 7 Plus, my MacBook disables the JCH349 because it uses to much power. When I also plug in my iPhone I hear a noise coming out from the JCH349, which is odd because an adapter does not have to make noises.

Not qualified for 2016 MacBook pro

I plugged it in and was running the duet program with my iPad as well as charging through the USB-C port and the device began to overheat and smell as if it was burning. I took it out and the upon doing so realized the device was extremely hot. I am very unsatified with the product. Would not reccoment purchasing it.
