Trash product and very dissappinted.

Posted .The docking station does not include a dedicated power adapter in the box. Instead, it relies on USB-C Power Delivery (PD) passthrough from your laptop charger or a separate USB-C power source to power the dock and connected devices.
The JCD3199P, however comes with its own 140W GaN PD3.1 USB-C 1-Port Charger.
Make sure your computer has an available USB-C port that supports DisplayPort alternate mode and USB Power Delivery 2.0/3.0 or 3.1.

The hdmi settings suck and i have top quality monitors. IT WILL NOT FIND SOME DEVICES NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL. Ive searched deep in the computer still WONT CONNECT MY CONTROLLER. Im returning and don’t recommend.
