No up to date drivers available. Not working.

Beware USB broke in 4 months of light use

Decent Docking Station

Posted .Proper installation of the software for the JCD381 can be confusing for Mac users - we understand and wish to assist. If you are unable to split screens i.e. use extend mode, it could be because the driver was corrupted during the install and there could be numerous reasons for this outcome to include having the JCD381 connected to the Mac during the install. In order to best assist you and get the adapter working as intended, we would love the chance to troubleshoot with you. HDMI Ports Don't Work

Posted .Jane, if you are using a wireless mouse and keyboard, this could be the result of leaky waves. This is when wireless peripherals are connected into a USB 3.0 port and radio waves are interfering, resulting in this lag and at times glitchy performance. For this, we recommend using a wired mouse and keyboard. I regret to hear about your experience with the JCD381. Poor quality product

Posted .Bobh, in the case where the JCD381 was working properly and now it is not, this could be due to system updates that may have taken place, or cables going bad. Regardless of the culprit, our reps are standing by and available Monday-Friday via chat, ticketing, or phone. If needed remote sessions may be performed in order to facilitate the process. Horrible

Not compatible with Dell

There are settings to look at in regards to the audio output issue you experienced; if the desired device is not selected for audio output, no audio will be produced. When it comes to display, conflicting software, defective HDMI cables, too long of HDMI cables and many other areas could be the culprit of the issue occurring. In order to better understand the scenario, we strongly recommend contacting the manufacturer's technical support team mentioned on the packaging in order to troubleshoot and obtain full functionality. Our specialists will properly diagnose the setup, troubleshoot and if necessary offer an exchange.

I believe the Steam Deck may support DP Alt Mode and the Mini Dock does not support that feature. Terrible components and build quality

In this case, we would recommend using a plug and play model which will work better since it is working off the computer's hardware rather than a software based device.
