This item is very good for today's computers because most of them do not come with these ports anymore. This item accommodates that. It is very easy to use. Simply attach and plug in the desired port for use.Just that simple. I would recommend this item.

This is a great add-on given the port configuration on the Macbook Pro. The friendly consultant at my local Best Buy found this for me when they were out of stock of USB-C to HDMI plugs. This covers the circle of providing ethernet, HDMI, and USB plugs. I also appreciate the power plug pass through, which I find useful in keeping other ports free. I wouldn't wish for much more on a single device, so I have to rate it what the value has been for me.

This mini hub fit the bill perfectly for my Macbook Pro when my old dock's ethernet quit working. It was inexpensive, easy to set up, and works great. I now have power, ethernet, and a couple USB devices all working through the single USB-C connection. Easy to plug in when I sit down, and unplug when I'm ready to go. Just remember, if you're on MacOS, be careful to remember to eject any USB drives connected to it before disconnecting from your computer. It's easy to forget when they're not sticking out of your notebook's USB port. ;)

Works perfectly! Has 2 USB, one USB c, an hdmi, and gigabit ethernet ports that super fast. Clean, small and effective. That's all I ever wanted!

I bought this to use on my note 4. The first one didn't charge the phone at a goid rate so I was disappointed (reason for 4 stars). I returned it, and almost gave up, when I decided to try a 2nd one because an employee said maybe it was defective. 2nd one worked perfect, I could use all the features on my note8 including the Ethernet port.

Great product based upon affordable options. I use a HP Spectre x350 Convertible 13" laptop that has a single USB port. I need to use that port to connect to an external memory device, so the j5create USB type-c adapter was a perfect solution! In fact, it replaced an older j5create standard USB adapter. In a period of low supply and many out-of-stock options, this device did not disappoint.

A quick hint/warning to Mac owners - please follow the printed directions and install the driver before plugging this little guy in. (I learned this the hard way.) I use this on my MSI Ghost 4K laptop as well as a 2016 Touchbar 15" MacBook pro. I used to have two hubs - one with ethernet and the other with HDMI/VGA. This easily replaced both. I have had almost all ports in use on this hub on both Windows and Mac with no issues. The HDMI easily drives a 4K tv/monitor. If you are a road warrior, this little guy works great.

Works flawlessly on all our devices with USBC, lightweight and slim making it easy to travel with.

This is a must have with the latest model MacBooks. Most of the tools I use still uses the USB ports and does not have the type-C ends.

This is a great hub for super compact laptops with minimal ports. It allow for reasonable connections without taking up a lot of space.

This was a great solution.. Until I learned more about my laptop. Be sure to always keep "all" your applications current and up to date. One of my applications was outdated, I upgraded and viola I didn't need this any more. I am keeping this because it is versatile and simple to use.

Perfect add on to the current Apple laptops. Apple only gives us the USB-C / Thunderbolt port but this makes it easy to connect a big monitor, USB thumb drives and plug into ethernet. Also access external hard drives. I must have. Only drawback s it's kind of big

This is a great added piece to my laptop. Gives me just what I need. My IT guy at work recommended that I get it....glad I did.
