Distorted Audio Signal

Pass through charging is horrendously slow, data transfer speed is atrocious, and the headphone jack audio quality is terrible. I will absolutely be returning this product.

I hooked it up at home, but it didn't work. My wife and I had an engagement that evening, so I did not have time to return to the Orem store. I was able to get a different hub, which worked, on our way to SLC. Upon returning this hub to the Orem store, the return desk person thought the original hub was an old design and may not work with Macs. I felt bad about the wasted time and gas on Saturday, but feel that the sales person was trying to help me,

This multi-port hub doesn't automatically adjust your screen resolution when connecting your laptop to a monitor, which was very important to me because I work from home and I want to be able to unplug my laptop and plug it back in without going through setting up the screen resolution each time. Other than that it might be a good economy version of a multi-port hub.
