    Broke it after 2 weeks. I bought it in December used for a week then traveled for 3 weeks left it at home l when i came back I used for 1 week and then it stopped working.

    I plug it in to my laptop and it didnt work. Tried emailing support for drivers and nothing back from them. Feels cheap and not worth the money.

However, this device will require DisplayPort Alt Mode to transmit audio and video signals and USB Power Delivery 2.0 or 3.0 to allow pass-through charge.     Not worth the purchase.. It either connects or not when devices are plugged in. Or it disconnects while using.

      I apologize for the experience you have had with your multi-port hub. In order to charge with the multi-port the USB-C port on your device must support Power Delivery. The USB-C port on your device must also support DisplayPort Alternate Mode for video output. j5create

    Had to return this item because the 3.5MM plug did not work. Could have been just a bad unit. Decided to go for something else.
