I bought it in December used for a week then traveled for 3 weeks left it at home l when i came back I used for 1 week and then it stopped working.

Posted .I apologize for the experience you have had with your multi-port hub. In order to charge with the multi-port the USB-C port on your device must support Power Delivery. The USB-C port on your device must also support DisplayPort Alternate Mode for video output.

3.5 MM issues
