Way better than mirroring

Either the picture wasn't clear or the video would lag. With this component you dont EVER have to worry about that. Using a wire my seem "old school" but until companies can figure out how to mirror completely I'll be using this USB to HDMI cord.

Perfect solution to get away from bulky adapters.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a perfect way to streamline the appearance of your desk as well as eliminate another connection through an adapter. ** I bought 2 of these as I'm running 2 additional monitors from my Mac, but only one would work. When I returned the second one, I learned that I could only use one (1) USB Type C to HDMI cord per monitor, and would have to get a different cable for the other monitor such as a USB Type C to VGA cable, or use an adapter.**

Posted .Hi Bullfrog, if you wish to augment up to two additional displays to your Mac, the JUA365 or the JCD381 would make smart choices. Simply download, install the driver and you're all set. We also offer assistance on getting setup incase you require it.

I also use it on my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G to stream movies from my phone to my TV, which is incredibly handy.

Did Exactly what I wanted it to Do!

The switch required and HDMI connection. I used the two USB C cables to perform differnt tasks on each of the laptops. Everything finally worked and it allows me to jump out of my work PC when I am waiting for it to process, and catch up on persnal stuff. Could't have done it without these cables.

Gives a clear picture

The Best Buy sales representative who was helping me told me that Apple has teamed with Belkin for cables they do not manufacture, so they recommend that brand on the Apple website. He said that the J5create cable, would work just as well. He was right. I also find it more convenient, since the Belkin had no length to it and this is a 6-foot cable.
