    This one is pretty glitchy, Doesn't always stay on I don't know if I would recommend it

    It a great piece my phone doesn’t broadcast to my tv like it’s supposed to

      Hello,
      The JCC153G is a plug and play device, however it does require that your phone have a UJSB-C port that supports a feature called display port alternate mode. Not all USB-C ports support this feature. If you have any questions you can contact the j5create customer support team.       Junebug, I'm sorry to hear about the experience you had with the JCC153G. Due to the PnP nature of the cable, this may not work on everything. Your phone, computer or tablet requires video output capabilities via USB-C. In the case the device does not support such feature, this will not work. As an alternative, we have different adapters available and we may be able to make recommendations by contacting support on the j5create site.

    I have a 2018 mac book pro and this cable does not fir in the thunderbolt 3 ports.

      Mike127, I regret to hear about the JCC153G not fitting into your Mac. If you have a cover on your computer, I recommend removing it and try connecting again. In the case where it still does not fit, we suggest calling in to speak with a rep and they will gladly assist you in narrowing down the root of the issue. If determined to be a factory defective cable, we will happily exchange it for you. I apologize for the troubles you experienced and hope we may still assist.

      For this cable to function with your phone your phone needs to support a feature called display port alternate mode. Currently not all phones have this feature. You will need to check your phone’s manufacture specifications to verify if your phone has this feature.

      Good Afternoon Jimmyd, we sincerely apologize that the JCC153G did not work out for you. If you have a phone that you were attempting to use the JCC153G with, it would require a feature called DP alt-mode and if the phone does not support such feature than the JCC153G would not work for you unfortunately. In that case, we would recommend the JUA165C instead and with a simple phone app download it would work for you.

      Snipir, We regret to hear about the JCC153G not working with your Motorola Z3 Play. Because the USB-C to HDMI cable requires that your device support video output via USB-C, this would not work due to the limitations of the phone in this case. Instead, we recommend taking a look at the JUA165C and that will work for you.
