Posted .This video cable requires that a device supports DP Alt Mode for video out. Please make sure all software updates with all your devices are up to date. If audio is not playing it can be due to many factors such as not having the sound selected to the right sound device in your settings, the volume being muted, daisy chaining with another adapter that does not support sound.
