I bought this so that I could use the TV as a second monitor. It was a bit expensive, but It was recommended by the best buy service people for its quality. So far so good!

So if you're looking for something for your phone this is not it. But overall, the quality of the cable seemed very good, so I would recommend it purely based on the quality.

very functional cord for viewing phone on TV

Worked great- easy to use and no set-up required. Only thing I wish was that I bought a bit longer cord so you could move the phone farther from the TV to use the phone as a remote also.

Was able to connect it to it to my laptop and screen. I could not get to use it on my screen which is a shame cause I really liked it!

I agree. Connected it to my s10+, and hdmi on TV, there was some samsung app that popped up, I ran it. Poof, whatever I get on the phone shows on the tv. Directv, prime, hbomax, disney+, hulu - it all plays on the tv when i select the hdmi input. Very pleased.

When a tool is needed

If you are into graphics, video downloads and manipulation, this is a tool that should be in your toolkit! We found it very useful in using Dex with a smart TV, and a Samsung Galaxy 20 5G Ultra to transfer Anime from one source to another for editing

The video quality of cord and picture quality are good and I could do a lot of work using the cord. I highly recommend this cord for all Apple users. This cord would also work with other Apple Devices that uses the USB-C port.

The highlight of this purchase was Best Buy's customer service. During this pandemic, I ordered the part online - it was ready within minutes and it was given to me out front of the store. Excellent job, Best Buy in Stafford Marketplace, VA.
