I use it for the DeX option on my note 9 connected to my tv. Iv read reviews that say this cable paired with phone and tv causes lag. I haven't encountered any lag as of yet.

The extra length provides so many more options

Helpful USB C to HDMI cable

Since MacBooks exclusively come with Thunderbolt 3 ports this cable is ideal for connecting to an HDMI display. It is a plug and play conversion cable so there is no set up required. Glad to hear that the cable is doing its job.
