I thought that this end wore out a little prematurely, but for something that is plugged for days/weeks at a time this would be a great cable.

Super easy way to get MAC picture to TV

This USB-C to HDMI cable is great for connecting MacBooks to additional displays. It will also work with some smartphones and tablets to mirror onto larger displays. The tablet or smartphone will need to support display port alternate mode for this to work. I hope that you have a great day.

Great video and audio quality

Bought this when I left my USB-C adapter at home when I was out of town. This adapter eliminated the need for me to carry an adapter plus an HDMI cord.

It's the sales person I have issue with. I clearly described what I needed "USB-C to a 15 pin connector" (VGA). He grabbed an HDMI cable instead. Don't think he knew the difference. Glad I didn't ask for anything more technical. Got what I needed on Amazon in one day and at half the price.
