Due to the possible signal degradation, we try not to lengthen cables too long and we apologize for the troubles it may have caused. For longer distances, the JVAW53 may be the better choice for your needs. Posted .Due to it's up to 4K resolution capability, easy to use nature; the JCC153G makes it's presence known - simply plug into the DP alt-mode/Thunderbolt 3 supporting device and you're done.

It’s good to hear that the cable is doing the job. The cable is intended to be straight. It may still be a little stiff coming out of the packaging. I would recommend stretching it out a little and the cable will straighten out over time.

In such scenarios, we recommend contacting the support team printed on the packaging and a specialist will be glad to diagnose, troubleshoot and if necessary initiate an exchange under the manufacturer's 2 year warranty.
