Not only is the JCC153 cable good for adding an additional monitor it is great for mirroring a phone or tablet to a large display like a television. There is no driver software to install for this cable. However, it must be plugged in to a USB type C port on your computer or device that supports display port alternate mode. Effective connector for USB type C devices
