This cable is also great for connecting a smartphone or tablet to a larger display. However your device (laptop, smartphone, or tablet) must support display port alternate mode over its USB Type C port or it will not work.

Computer kept on flickering.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It looks good and steady, seems well built but it didn’t work for my computer and extended monitor. It kept on flickering over and over even after fixing the resolution. I had a cheap cable I got on Amazon and it worked ok but static would make it go on and off at times so I decided to get a new one. This one didn’t work. I can just guess that the 4K resolution is the main issue here. My laptop does have the 4K resolution output but the monitor is HD not 4K. I think that may be the reason but can’t tell. I looked it up over and over and can’t seem to be able to figure it out. I will return this cable.

Works as Expected but a bit Pricy

Due to it's strong build and up to 4K resolution @ 60 Hz, the price may be a little higher than other brands, we do apologize for the inconvenience this caused. If and when your JCC153G stops working, our adapters are covered under a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. Feel free to contact support on the packaging to speak with a rep in the case it stops working and we will be glad to exchange it for you.
