And even wouldn’t connect MacBook Pro to TV. But it works just fine for pc laptop connection and it’s more tidy to not have a big thick hdmi cable sticking out of my laptop, just the usb-c.

The JCC153G should have no problem connecting an IPad Pro with USB-C to another display, the same goes for a MacBook with Thunderbolt 3 ports. I would recommend contacting j5create support for troubleshooting assistance to get the cable to work with all of your devices.

This cable is also great for connecting a smartphone or tablet to a larger display. However your device (laptop, smartphone, or tablet) must support display port alternate mode over its USB Type C port or it will not work.

Computer kept on flickering.

It kept on flickering over and over even after fixing the resolution. I had a cheap cable I got on Amazon and it worked ok but static would make it go on and off at times so I decided to get a new one. This one didn’t work. I can just guess that the 4K resolution is the main issue here. My laptop does have the 4K resolution output but the monitor is HD not 4K. I think that may be the reason but can’t tell. I looked it up over and over and can’t seem to be able to figure it out. I will return this cable.
