Posted .Getting the job done and economical is what distinguishes the JCC153G from the rest. It's 6 ft in length, 2 yr manufacturer's warranty make this an outstanding choice for adding another display.

High Quality cable, but Chromecast is a better buy

I was impressed, until i heard of Chromecast. Once i discovered Chromecast i had to return this device and buy that instead.

Didn’t work for what we needed

I use HDMI to HDMI and the Best Buy associate recommended this for the second monitor. This did not work.

It is possible the USB-C to HDMI cable you have may be defective and because the cable is PnP, not much troubleshooting can be done but to exchange it. Support information can be found on the casing and an agent will be ready to lend a helping hand.

Wasn't Compatible With My HP 1035i Laptop

I have trouble with getting my programs to come up on TV. I have to disconnect 4 or 5 x's before it works. Don't know if it has to do with the cord. Will need to make tech appt.

Not what we wanted.

The employee said this one would work but it didn't. We gave up and ended up just kept the cable.

I regret to hear about your husband’s difficulty in finding a cable to connect the phone to a TV. This cable requires that the smartphone used with it has a feature called display port alternate mode. Not all phones are currently being manufactured with this feature.

After reading the insert it is only for laptops, chromebooks, etc. NOT phones.

Posted .This cable requires a phone with a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode (video output), and many phones unfortunately don’t include this feature even if they have USB-C. If your phone doesn’t support video out, the cable won’t be able to display to the TV.
