Posted .Glad to hear that there were no problems. This cable is simple plug and play. You just need to make sure that you plug it into a USB-C port on your computer that supports display port alternate mode for the cable to work.

Posted .The JCC153G requires the connected device to support DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) through its USB-C port in order to output video. Some phones, including many Android models, do not support this feature, while certain Apple devices and select Android phones do.
