Didn’t work for what we needed

I use HDMI to HDMI and the Best Buy associate recommended this for the second monitor. This did not work.

Posted .Hello and thanks for reviewing the JCC153G. It is possible the USB-C to HDMI cable you have may be defective and because the cable is PnP, not much troubleshooting can be done but to exchange it. Support information can be found on the casing and an agent will be ready to lend a helping hand.

I have trouble with getting my programs to come up on TV. I have to disconnect 4 or 5 x's before it works. Don't know if it has to do with the cord. Will need to make tech appt.

Posted .Hello, the video cable connects to a USB-C computer and HDMI to TV (must be a tight fit) with the correct input source. Configure your display setting to mirror or extend. Thank you for your review, DebKcable.

Wasn't Compatible With My HP 1035i Laptop

The employee said this one would work but it didn't. We gave up and ended up just kept the cable.

I regret to hear about your husband’s difficulty in finding a cable to connect the phone to a TV. This cable requires that the smartphone used with it has a feature called display port alternate mode. Not all phones are currently being manufactured with this feature.

Does NOT work with phones

After reading the insert it is only for laptops, chromebooks, etc. NOT phones.

I understand that there are less employees per square foot of the store than ever before, but it would be helpful if they didn't just answer confidently about subjects and topics that they're unsure of. I returned this product but not because of it's quality, because of the quality of service I received.

Phone to TV

I am glad to hear that the JCC153G is working well. The USB-C connection which allows for the video transfer capability does not have any type of locking mechanism to hold it in the port like some older USB standards. We appreciate your feedback.
