Posted .This cable requires a phone with a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode (video output), and many phones unfortunately don’t include this feature even if they have USB-C. If your phone doesn’t support video out, the cable won’t be able to display to the TV.

Posted .Hi Meisme, It sounds like the issue you experienced is in relation to HDCP. Because our products are compliant with HDCP, this is expected when attempting to stream HBO, Netflix and others.
