When I log in the device comes on and turns off several times before finally engaging.

Doesn't Allow Monitors to Detect When Computer is

Once you install the drivers it seems to work ok. The main drawback for me is that the monitors don't seem to detect when the computer goes to sleep and they continue to display whatever was on them when the computer went to sleep. The same monitors on my previous setup did not have this issue. Additionally, since this a work computer this is also a security risk.

Wast time and wast money on an expensive product

Irritating Device

Bought this to connect an HP desktop workhorse to two monitors since the HP only comes with one HDMI. Irritating and finicky thing that must dangle in the front of my tower since connecting it to the USBs on the rear side for whatever reason wouldn't work. The USBs are fine. The device is finicky, frustrating, and overpriced.

They said their company will not support new OS for apple products and no known timeframe or if they ever will. Not for apple. My intention was for use with my MacBook Pro.

Posted .The USB-C to Dual HDMI Adapter is not compatible for iOS devices. This Adapter requires an installation of a driver. However, it is compatible for macOS 10.9 or later. Depending on the macOS you have, different instructions apply. Drivers are available on j5create website under the Support tab. Thank you.
