Posted .Hello Draftdog, I regret to here that the JCA379 is not working correctly. For the HDMI and power in port to work, your tablet would have to have a feature called "DisplayPort Alt. Mode" and "Power Delivery". I recommend calling in to j5create and a representative will help on the issue you are experiencing with the JCA379. Sincerely, j5create

Very cheaply made!

I did a online consult with a best buy associate prior to purchase. Spicifically checking the compatability with my personal devices. I was told the j5create is the one I needed. My device's are not compatable. Also it was hard to find a compatable APP on the model sold. Hopefully I can utilize it elsewhere.
